Yoga by the lake or in the woodland
Our woodland art space is nestled within the woodland beyond the lake on the Birtley Estate in Bramley, a beautiful Surrey Hills location, so picturesque with its lakes and gardens and woodland walks and not surprisingly it is classified as an "AONB" an area of outstanding natural beauty!
Through Spring and Summer Ruth will be offering Wild Yoga in and around The Birtley Estate. They are weather dependant but we will endeavor to practise whatever the weather.
Join Yoga Teacher Ruth Wheeler and connect to nature and your creative spirit. A creative yoga practice inspired by our surroundings and the Seasons, tap into your body and your soul through a grounding meditation, stretches to increase your flexibility, flow to increase your mobility and strength. Bring appropriate clothing, mat, props and blanket for a relaxing and rejuvenating Relaxation on Shavasana.
Yoga in the Woods will be available at different times throughout the Summer.

Groups
We can facilitate private groups and party bookings including hen parties and corporate events, please contact the organiser to discuss your requirements.

If the course is cancelled by the organiser for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible and will always endeavour to reschedule your booking for another date, however, if this is not possible a full refund will be provided.
