Surrey Artists Open Studio

We will hold our fourth Open Studio in collaboration with SAOS over two weekends in June 2024. This is an opportunity for members to group together to display and sell their work in and around our outdoor studio.

Exhibitors

The dates for this year's Open Studio at Birley Woodland Art Space are as follows: the 14th, 15th and 16th June and 21st, 22nd and 23rd of June 2024.

Friday 14th is our day of set up, all information is included in the booking form below. We will also hold a private viewing in the evening for you to invite your guests.

To participate in an Open Studio group you will first need to become a member of SAOS. Please click here. Surrey Artists Open Studios 2024 registrations are open until 26th January 2024. Existing members can sign in to their accounts and sign up for our open studio group once published.

Please download and complete the following forms and save them with your name in the file name to participate in the Birtley Woodland Art Space Open Studio Group and return them via email to Lorraine@birtleywoodlandartspace.co.uk.

**BOOKING FORM RETURN AND 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DEADLINE WEDNESDAY 24TH JANUARY**

The final balance can be paid either at the time of paying the deposit or by the deadline of 29th February. Please note that due to an increase in overheads, we are unable to offer any concessions.

Additional information

We will also require the following from all exhibitors:

3 photos for marketing purposes
copy of your Public Liability Certificate (if you don't have pubic liability insurance we recommend a.n. membership).
