We are offering exhibitors the opportunity to display and sell their products and work around our outdoor studio, Birtley Woodland Art Space nestled within the woodlands on the 48-acre Birtley Estate, in Bramley, Guildford. A beautiful Surrey Hills location for visitors to relax, unwind, be mindful and inspired by nature.

We are keen to invite exhibitors with products and services that have green credentials and are complimentary to each other and our woodland setting. Once your booking form is received we will review it and get back to you to confirm your place or let you know why your request has been declined on this occasion.

> Copy of your current Public Liability Certificate

> Completed Risk Assessment

> 3 photos of your products or services for marketing purposes
